Sautee the vegetables and aromatics. Mix with pre-soaked rice. Add olives, peas and any other vegetables you like

To the rice add stock and bloomed saffron. Mix well and place seared chicken on top. If you sear the chicken until golden before placing in the oven, you will get that golden crispy skin that adds flavor.
