Ingredients
250mltequila
100mlcreme de violette
150mlfresh lime or lemon juice
100mlsimple syrup* see notes for a quick recipe
ice
salt
Instructions
Add all the ingredients to the pitcher and mix with a long spoon
Make salt rims by brushing the edge of the glass with a lime or lemon and dip in the salt(do this to only half of the glass if not sure)
Serve in salted glasses with some fresh violets on top
Notes
For a super-fast simple syrup, you will need 50:50 sugar to water ratio. You can pour boiling water over the sugar and mix until melted. Or add cold water and sugar to a blender and blend until smooth.Both are good in the fridge for a couple of days up to a week.
