instant coffee

cold water

Baileys
Cream

heavy cream

sugar
Instructions
Whip the coffee with water and sugar until stiff peaks form
Whip the heavy cream with sugar until soft but strong structure forms
Add the cream at the bottom of a glass
Add ice, pour over the Baileys
Top with dollops of whipped coffee and enjoy
Notes
Feel free to add as much or as little Baileys as you wish. If you want to kick it up a notch, add a splash of whiskey too!
