This Irish cream whipped coffee cocktail is perfect for brunch, St Patricks day or as an afternoon pick me up.

Equipment

  • Hand mixer

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp instant coffee
  • 2 tbsp cold water
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 50 ml Baileys

Cream

  • 50 ml heavy cream
  • 1 tsp sugar

Instructions
 

  • Whip the coffee with water and sugar until stiff peaks form
  • Whip the heavy cream with sugar until soft but strong structure forms
  • Add the cream at the bottom of a glass
  • Add ice, pour over the Baileys
  • Top with dollops of whipped coffee and enjoy

Notes

Feel free to add as much or as little Baileys as you wish. If you want to kick it up a notch, add a splash of whiskey too!
