Irish cream whipped coffee
This Irish cream whipped coffee cocktail is perfect for brunch, St Patricks day or as an afternoon pick me up.
Equipment
- Hand mixer
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp instant coffee
- 2 tbsp cold water
- 2 tsp sugar
- 50 ml Baileys
Cream
- 50 ml heavy cream
- 1 tsp sugar
Instructions
- Whip the coffee with water and sugar until stiff peaks form
- Whip the heavy cream with sugar until soft but strong structure forms
- Add the cream at the bottom of a glass
- Add ice, pour over the Baileys
- Top with dollops of whipped coffee and enjoy
Notes
Feel free to add as much or as little Baileys as you wish. If you want to kick it up a notch, add a splash of whiskey too!
