Ingredients
  

  • 300 g dry Israeli couscous
  • 250 g black olives halved
  • 200 g marinated, grilled red peppers chopped
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • Chopped parsley
  • Chopped dill
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3 tbsp olive oil

  • Prep the ingredients
  • Cook the couscous
  • Mix with the rest of the ingredients and serve
