Ingredients
  

  • 10 ml Absinthe
  • 10 ml Pine Cone syrup
  • 60 ml Rye whiskey
  • 2 dashes Angostura aromatic bitters
  • 2 dashes Peychauds bitters
  • Juniper twig for serving

Instructions
 

  • Rinse your glass with the Absinthe and discard
  • In a mixing glass add the syrup, the bourbon, the bitters and ice
  • Stir and pour in the glass
  • Serve with a burning juniper twig
