Pine cone Sazerac
Ingredients
- 10 ml Absinthe
- 10 ml Pine Cone syrup
- 60 ml Rye whiskey
- 2 dashes Angostura aromatic bitters
- 2 dashes Peychauds bitters
- Juniper twig for serving
Instructions
- Rinse your glass with the Absinthe and discard
- In a mixing glass add the syrup, the bourbon, the bitters and ice
- Stir and pour in the glass
- Serve with a burning juniper twig
