vanilla extract

brown sugar for dusting
Instructions
Make the dough in a food processor by adding all the ingredients and slowly pouring in the cold water until a dough forms
Roll the dough out between two sheets of parchment paper
Let the dough cool in the fridge for at least 20 minutes
Toss the sliced apples with sugar and vanilla
Preheat your oven to 200C
Arrange the apples on the dough, leaving at least 4 cm at the edges
Fold the edges over
Brush the galette with a beaten egg and sprinkle with brown sugar
Bake for 50-60 minutes
Serve with vanilla ice cream on top
Notes
Add any spices to the apples, like cinnamon, cloves, allspice etc.
