Ingredients
  

Spicy salmon

  • 400-500 g salmon fillet
  • 1 tsp sriracha
  • 2 tbsp mayo
  • 2 green onions thinly sliced

You will also need

  • Nori / sushi leaves
  • Sushi grade rice
  • Cucumber ribbons
  • Thinly sliced or spiralized carrot
  • Thinly sliced radishes
  • Edamame beans

Instructions
 

  • First of all, prepare all your toppings and additions, start by making the sushi rice, because that needs to cool
  • To make the spicy salmon, cube a salmon fillet
  • Mix with sriracha, mayonnaise, and sliced green onions
  • You can make it as spicy as you want, this is pretty mild
  • Next, you will have to cut your nori sheets in half
  • Place the rice on one side of the sheet, about 2-3 tablespoons
  • Then add your toppings, either all of them or mix and match for each hand roll
  • Then wet the furthest corner
  • Roll it shut like a cone
  • Voila, you are done

Notes

Any other vegetables can be added to make these fun and customizable
