Spicy salmon

sriracha

mayo

green onions

You will also need
Nori / sushi leaves
Sushi grade rice
Cucumber ribbons
Thinly sliced or spiralized carrot
Thinly sliced radishes
Edamame beans
Instructions
First of all, prepare all your toppings and additions, start by making the sushi rice, because that needs to cool
To make the spicy salmon, cube a salmon fillet
Mix with sriracha, mayonnaise, and sliced green onions
You can make it as spicy as you want, this is pretty mild
Next, you will have to cut your nori sheets in half
Place the rice on one side of the sheet, about 2-3 tablespoons
Then add your toppings, either all of them or mix and match for each hand roll
Then wet the furthest corner
Roll it shut like a cone
