pasta of your choice

prosciutto
200
g
spring peas

whole
burrata
1
tbsp
butter
½
tsp
salt
½
tsp
black pepper
150
ml
pasta water
Instructions
Cook the pasta according to package instructions
Drain and reserve some pasta water
In a pan melt the butter and throw in the peas
Add in the pasta and the prosciutto and toss
Add the salt and pepper and the pasta water
Toss for 2 minutes
Serve with the burrata torn over the plate
Notes
Break up the burrata just before serving or eating
