Spring pea pasta with burrata and prosciutto

This spring pea pasta with burrata and prosciutto is the perfect creamy and elegant weeknight dinner pasta recipe.

Ingredients
  

  • 250 g pasta of your choice
  • 200 g prosciutto
  • 200 g spring peas
  • 1 whole burrata
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 150 ml pasta water

Instructions
 

  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions
  • Drain and reserve some pasta water
  • In a pan melt the butter and throw in the peas
  • Add in the pasta and the prosciutto and toss
  • Add the salt and pepper and the pasta water
  • Toss for 2 minutes
  • Serve with the burrata torn over the plate

Notes

Break up the burrata just before serving or eating
