Watermelon-mint vodka cooler
Ingredients
- 50 ml vodka I used Stoli
- a bunch of peppermint leaves
- 4 tbsp watermelon
- 20 ml lime or lemon juice
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar
- sparkling water to top
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice, shake well
- Strain in a large glass filled with fresh ice
- Top with sparkling water
- Serve with sugar coated mint leaves
